This full-time role serves as an operational extension of store management, ensuring compliance, sales performance, inventory accuracy, and production standards are consistently met.
Keyholders are trusted leaders on the sales floor. They support audits, oversee opening and closing procedures, monitor preroll production targets, and ensure budtenders are executing daily responsibilities effectively.
This position requires strong accountability, open availability, and the ability to lead by example.
Open and close the store according to company SOPs.
Maintain operational flow during peak and off-peak hours.
Provide floor leadership and real-time coaching to budtenders.
Ensure daily task lists and production expectations are completed.
Assist management with inventory audits and compliance checks.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends to drive growth.
